Advanced Leak Detection
At Pool Tec Canada we use advanced leak detection equipment to pin-point the source of the water loss, whether in the plumbing, fittings, or liner. Once located we provide a comprehensive assessment as to the proper method of repair and offer a reasonable quote to repair the problem.
Visual Inspection
Our leak detection team will first carry out a visual inspection of the pool and above ground plumbing.
Pressure Test
We'll perform a complete pressure test of the plumbing system to determine if any lines are leaking.
Conductivity Test
We use sensitive electrical
equipment alongside water probes to pinpoint the source of the leak.
Dye or Acoustic Testing
We will dye test and/or acoustically test all sidewall fittings to narrow down the source.
Video Scope
If a line looks to be leaking we may use a monitor scope to visually inspect the return fitting at the wall.
Mark For Repair
Once the leak, or leaks, have been located we mark the spot of the area, and suggest the recommended repair.
