What guarantees can you offer that the job will be finished on time and on budget?
Our final quotation is our final price for those items outlined in the quote, so there will never be hidden costs and additional price hikes. If however you wish for additional work outside of the quote provided, you will be sent an updated invoice for approval before any additional work begins.
Timelines are always estimates and can be impacted by inclement weather or events outside our control. We do however have a stellar track record of completing projects within our quoted time frame.
How can I be sure you are the right company for the job?
We've been building and servicing pools for 35 years, so we have 3 generations of pool builders in our family. We've seen many companies come and go throughout the years and through it all we have continued in our tradition of quality and craftsmanship.
We've seen the industry innovate, and we have innovated with it, adopting new best industry practices without any of the corner cutting that has become so common in the pool industry.
Do you provide a warranty for the work you do?
All of our work is guaranteed and comes with a workmanship warranty. This means that outside of user error or externally inflicted damage we warranty our pool builds for up to 10 years for defects related to the structure and soundness of the pool. This warranty is contingent upon Pool Tec Canada providing all the required service and maintenance.
Damage or ageing of liners is not covered, and wear and tear to pool equipment is covered only by the equipment manufacturers warranty - which is usually 12-24 months.
